A unique silver medical information pendant worn to ensure important details can be found in an emergency.  

Engraved to the front disc is the international recognised medic symbol and the words medic aware. Move the disc to reveal the ICE (In Case of Emergency) contact name and number.

Included is a name or word to the bottom of the front of the ltag if required. This could be the wearer's name or a medical condition eg NUT ALLEGY.

Optionally, the back of the ltag can be engraved with further vital information or any engraving text that is preferred if gifting.
